What would be a better way of starting this blog than to introduce ourselves and tell what this site is all about; because as you have probably guessed, we don’t precisely produce fruits.
We have named our team the Watermelon Corp. after a long session of brainstorming and debate; uniting something serious like a corporation with something more fun like a watermelon; after all, who doesn’t like watermelons ✨.
We’re five Multimedia Engineering students from the University of Alicante, Spain, and as part of our senior year, we’re making a PBL project. We will be properly introducing ourselves in the following blog entries, but for now, you can find us on our social media: Alba, Flaviu, Carlos, Marcos and Izadi.

PBL stands for Project-Based Learning, which, as the name hints, means that instead of making exams regularly, we are evaluated based on projects.
Nevertheless, in our case, instead of having multiple projects, we just have a huge one that spans the whole academic year and where all the knowledge that we learn from different subjects has to be applied.
This means that we have quite a lot of hours to work on the biggest project we’ve done so far and we hope to show what we’re capable of as Multimedia Engineers.
Even though we’ll go deeper on the details of our project in the following posts, we’d like to give a brief overview of what our project is.
Following our corporate branding, our project is called Kwee ?, and it’ll be a platform that makes contacting businesses and IT professionals as straightforward as possible.
